Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. 

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for it to show on your account. 

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect 

Damaged or Wrong Items: Please email us at WeenTings@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right!

Non-returnable Items: Personalized or final sale items can't be returned.
